Using these feeds
RSS Feeds should be easy to use if you're using Safari, it should be able to handle RSS feeds right away.
Firefox users should see an orange button at the bottom of the page on the taskbar. It's the "live bookmark" button that allows you subscribe to a feed.

Who or what makes these XML feeds? They are generated by the AlphaCore™ Administration System, a CMS, which has been in use since the site update. It handles various tasks around site to make managing everything as simple as possible.
